Hexza-Mather Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated as a 70%:30% joint venture between Hexza Corporation Berhad and J.E. Mather & Sons Ltd. of United Kingdom to manufacture sparkling cooler. The company is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Hexza Corporation Berhad.
